Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Clackamas, OR.

Contract Details
  • Days, 8-hour shifts; 32 gww for holiday weeks
  • Start Date: 10/26/2026
  • Contract: 13 Weeks
  • Location: Clackamas, OR 97015
  • Hourly Pay: $ 29.50
  • Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
  • Weekly Total Pay: $ 2131.00
  • Parking: will be provided during 1st day info
  • Dress Code: will be provided during 1st day info

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing a patient's physical capabilities, limitations, and overall condition to determine the root cause of their pain or mobility issues. This may involve reviewing medical history, conducting physical examinations, and performing specific tests.
  • Creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. These plans aim to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent further complications.
  • Guiding patients through a variety of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities (e.g., heat, ice, electrical stimulation), and other interventions as outlined in their treatment plan.
  • Regularly evaluating patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effectiveness, and documenting all observations and changes.
  • Educating patients and their families about their condition, treatment techniques, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and ways to maintain their physical health and well-being.
  • Working closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and physical therapist assistants (PTAs), to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Employing the latest research and best practices in physical therapy to ensure the most effective and safest care for patients.

Compensation:

  • Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
  • Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of more of previous experience desired
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications welcome
  • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
  • Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
  • Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
