Requirements:

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression.
  • Conduct personalized one-on-one consultations to understand each customer’s foot pain, lifestyle, and mobility needs.
  • Demonstrate, fit, and recommend premium arch supports and related products based on each customer's needs.
  • Educate customers on how proper arch support can improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness.
  • Guide customers confidently through the consultation and fitting process while recommending the best solutions for their individual needs.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Build rapport through active listening, consultative selling, and solution-based recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate sales transactions and customer records using the point-of-sale system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and best sales practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive, high performing sales culture.
  • Qualifications
  • Retail or sales experience preferred; consultative or commission-based sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
  • Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
  • Ability to assist customers during personalized product fittings.
  • Weekend and evening availability.

Retail Hours:

Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
