What You'll Do:
  • Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, package units, and related equipment.
  • Replace existing HVAC systems while ensuring all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
  • Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, condensate drains, thermostats, and ventilation components as required.
  • Start up newly installed systems, test performance, verify airflow, refrigerant charge, and overall system operation.
  • Educate homeowners on system operation, thermostat use, maintenance recommendations, and warranty information.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site while respecting customers' homes.
  • Accurately document installation details, materials used, and job completion information.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, electrical components, refrigeration principles, and airflow design.
  • EPA Certification required; NATE certification is a plus.
  • Ability to read installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to safely lift equipment and materials and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
