Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring a Records Clerk for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a respected organization in Downtown Chicago. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and working in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Responsibilities
  • Handle and process all incoming mail, up to 1,200 pieces weekly
  • Sort and organize physical and electronic documents from mailboxes and the mailroom
  • Scan and upload documents into internal systems for distribution across departments
  • Partner with mailroom staff to ensure accurate and efficient document processing
  • Route critical documentation to the appropriate teams and maintain proper record storage
  • Support day-to-day records management and document control functions

Requirements
  • Previous administrative, records management, mailroom, or document processing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of documents with accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including scanning and data entry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
