Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, you will lead the hotel's daily operations, develop department leaders, drive financial performance, and ensure every aspect of the guest experience reflects Hampton by Hilton's brand standards and Colwen Hotels' commitment to hospitality excellence.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hotel leader who enjoys building strong teams, driving results, and helping position a newly acquired hotel for long-term success.

  • Creating an exceptional guest experience through service excellence and operational consistency.
  • Hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing associates while building a highly engaged and high-performing team.
  • Driving associate engagement, accountability, and performance through regular coaching, recognition, and professional development.
  • Ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards, company policies, operational procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Conducting routine property inspections to maintain exceptional quality, cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal.
  • Partnering with department leaders to improve operational efficiencies, guest satisfaction scores, and overall hotel performance.
  • Assisting in the development and management of the hotel's annual operating budget while monitoring revenues, labor costs, expenses, and departmental productivity.
  • Analyzing financial reports, forecasting business trends, controlling costs, and implementing strategies that maximize profitability and operational performance.
  • Working closely with the Regional Director of Operations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and execute strategic business initiatives.
  • Promoting a positive, collaborative, and service-focused culture that reflects the values of Colwen Hotels.

What You Bring
We're looking for a hospitality leader who combines operational expertise with genuine passion for people and guest service.
Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, Assistant General Manager, or comparable hotel operations leadership role.
