This position serves as the primary contact for all guests throughout their stay. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for guests.Qualifications:Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment.
