Maintenance Worker Essential Responsibilities:

  • Must have excellent knowledge of the process of cleaning a room according to the standards set by Senior and Hotel Supervisor.
  • Deliver items to the Lost & Found as policy.
  • Immediately report any maintenance problems or any incidents that endanger the health and wellbeing of employees and guests to the Supervisor.
  • Maintains guest master key control.
  • Work with cleaning chemicals and clean soiled items. Be physically active for long periods.
  • Frequently wear safety attire, such as gloves and masks.
  • Must meet daily and weekly deadlines.
  • Provide feedback of any damage seen in rooms.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the products, including hotel rooms, type of rooms, amenities, services of hotel, etc.
  • Report any unusual occurrences immediately to the Supervisor.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
