Provide excellent customer service by warmly welcoming our guests, anticipating their needs and thanking them sincerely Process check-ins and check-outs, reservations, changes and cancellations Assign rooms, hand over keys and provide hotel information Perform monetary transactions and process guest billing Produce daily reports (arrivals, departures), identify special requests and verify the accuracy of reports Handle complaints and make appropriate decisions to satisfy our guests Follow and apply all Marriott brand policies, procedures and standards Work closely with all hotel departments to deliver an exceptional experience and build guest loyalty Inform guests about tourist attractions, dining services and possible outings in the area Perform any other related duties Required qualifications Professional or college diploma in lodging or hospitality At least 3 years of experience in a similar position or in customer service Perfectly bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) — required due to regular interactions with an international clientele In-depth computer skills (Excel, Word) Knowledge of the OPERA system an asset Availability on weekends (day and evening), statutory holidays and one full weekday (day and evening) We thank all applicants for their interest in Groupe Hôtelier Grand Château.
