Urgent Opportunity: Join as a Highly Skilled Area Hotel Task Force Member

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Area Hotel Task Force Member with operational experience across various hotel departments. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily operational support to short-staffed hotels and fill in for departmental supervisory roles.
  • Travel on short notice within your assigned area and stay at locations for 1-3 weeks as needed.
  • Assist with specific staffing issues through one-day trips to individual properties.
  • Train and coach hotel staff on brand standards, policies, and technology.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Verifiable hotel operational experience with a strong background in multiple departments.
  • Ability to travel same day and stay away from home for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods, and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
