Van/Shuttle Driver

Hilton Madison Monona Terrace | A Marcus Hotels & Resorts Property

Schedule: Part-Time Availability | Late Night Availability Required
Estimated Wage: $14-$16/hour based on experience

Help create a smooth and welcoming arrival experience in the heart of Madison.

Located just steps from the Capitol and minutes from UW–Madison, Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is a vibrant hub for art, culture, and community. We are looking for a friendly and dependable Van/Shuttle Driver to warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless transportation to and from the airport and around the city.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests with a sincere, friendly welcome upon arrival and departure

  • Safely drive guests to and from the airport and other local destinations in company vehicles

  • Load, unload, and assist with guest luggage and amenities

  • Maintain a professional image and positive attitude at all times

  • Monitor company vehicle maintenance needs and report issues promptly

  • Deliver gifts or amenities to guest rooms as requested

  • Assist the Front Office team with additional tasks as needed

What You Bring

  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required)

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. and handle luggage and packages safely

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate the property throughout your shift

  • Clear communication skills in English—both verbal and written

  • A helpful, courteous, and guest-focused attitude

  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest service is a plus
