Hotel Shuttle Driver

Hotel shuttle driver is responsible for safely transporting guests between the hotel and designated locations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the shuttle vehicle.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Guest Transportation: Shuttle drivers transport guests to and from the hotel, airports, train stations, local attractions, and other designated locations, ensuring timely and safe arrivals and departures. Customer Service: They serve as the first and last point of contact for guests, assisting with luggage, answering questions about the hotel and local area, and providing a welcoming and professional experience. Vehicle Operation and Maintenance: Drivers operate shuttle buses, vans, or cars, maintain cleanliness, perform basic vehicle checks such as tire pressure and fuel levels, and report any mechanical issues to management. Schedule Adherence: They follow a specific shuttle schedule, ensuring that pick-ups and drop-offs occur on time, and may keep logs of trips, distances, and times. Safety and Compliance: Shuttle drivers ensure passenger safety, comply with traffic laws, and follow hotel policies. They are responsible for the security of guest belongings during transit.
