Security Officer - Part Time

Our Security Officers represent the highest standards of conduct and appearance while serving some of the most visible clients in the industry.

This role is a security guard position at a high-profile location, where professionalism, situational awareness, and presentation are essential. Officers are expected to maintain a polished appearance, demonstrate excellent judgment, and interact respectfully with others while ensuring a safe and secure environment.

United Security values strong performance and reliability, and officers who excel in this role will be considered for expanded responsibilities, pay advancement, and long-term career growth within the company. Security Guard Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming, professional environment and provide needed services for guests
  • Communicate effectively with guests while maintaining excellent hospitality and interpersonal skills
  • Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
  • Investigate incidents and create reports by recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
  • Other responsibilities may apply

Requirements:

  • PERC Card required (No Exceptions)
  • Willingness to submit to a background check
  • Prior Customer Service and Hospitality experience
  • Some Weekend Availability- 2nd shift and 3rd shift
  • Have a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Security or Customer Service experience
  • Ex-law enforcement
  • Military service
