We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple hotel properties and lead operational excellence across our portfolio. This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-driven hospitality leader with a passion for people, guest satisfaction, and financial success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple hotel properties.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share performance.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards and brand compliance.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams.
  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts to improve results.
  • Identify opportunities for cost control, labor efficiency, and operational improvements.
