Description
The hotel lobby attendant keeps public spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. Key duties include cleaning floors and surfaces, restocking restroom supplies, and greeting guests. Based on need, this position may assist the room attendants with room cleaning support.
Responsibilities
Cleaning Public Areas: Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, and remove fingerprints from glass doors and the front registration desk.
Restroom Upkeep: Clean sinks and toilets, mop floors, and restock paper products and soap in public and employee restrooms.
Maintaining Amenities: Clean mirrors and wipe down equipment in fitness centers, clear trash from pool areas, and keep elevators tidy.
Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, answer basic questions about the hotel or local area, and report broken items to the maintenance team.
Qualifications
Physical Strength: Ability to stand and walk for a full shift, bend often, and lift up to 30 to 50 pounds of supplies or equipment.
