Position Summary

Hotel Indigo French Quarter New Orleans is seeking a dynamic, service-driven General Manager to lead our team and bring our neighborhood story to life. This leader will be passionate about hospitality, visible with both guests and associates, and committed to creating memorable experiences that reflect the unique culture and energy of New Orleans.

The ideal candidate is an empowering leader with a proven background in hotel operations, exceptional Food & Beverage experience, and a strong track record of developing high-performing teams while driving financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of hotel operations with a hands-on, guest-focused leadership style.
  • Create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring service standards consistently exceed expectations.
  • Embrace and tell the Hotel Indigo neighborhood story through every aspect of the guest journey.
