Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
The Revenue Analyst supports franchise properties in optimizing the configuration and performance of Choice Hotels' revenue management systems. This role partners directly with hotels to ensure effective system use, adherence to pricing and inventory standards, and successful onboarding of revenue technology solutions. The position also analyzes system usage, identifies improvement opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to resolve system issues. This role serves as an escalation point for revenue system support and contributes to ongoing enhancements and operational efficiency.
NOTE: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support property-level configuration and optimization of revenue management systems through direct engagement with franchisees via tickets, email, phone, and virtual meetings, including analysis of system health and usage reporting
  • Lead onboarding and go-live support for ChoiceMAX, including configuration recommendations, system setup, training delivery for hotels, and facilitate educational training webinars for franchisees
  • Manage and escalate ChoiceNOW tickets to appropriate teams and support Franchisee Care with system-related escalations
  • Conduct system audits to ensure adherence to brand standards and identify opportunities for improved performance and compliance
  • Collaborate with RMS vendor IT teams to resolve system issues and implement solutions at the property level
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives within the Revenue Management team

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

Employment Experience
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, hotel operations, or travel industry distribution

Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of hotel technology systems including RMS, PMS, CRS, and channel connectivity
  • Experience with IDeaS Elevate or ChoiceMAX revenue management systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel or similar)

Additional Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders including franchisees and internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with initiative and accountability

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $65,698 - 77,292.
