  • SUPERVISOR'S JOB TITLE: Director of Sales, BrainWatch US
  • LOCATION: Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, UT, NE, ND, SD, MN)
    Position Summary
    The Territory Manager, BrainWatch position is an integral role within Natus Neuro, responsible for acquiring new customers and accelerating organic growth within the install base of hospital partners. The Territory Manager builds and partners with key stakeholders across hospital Neurology, ICU, Emergency Department (ED), IT, and administrative teams to drive sales and adoption of BrainWatch Point of Care (POC)-EEG.
    Reporting to the Director of Sales, BrainWatch US, this role combines a business growth mentality with strong conceptual and consultative selling skills to navigate complex hospital sales cycles, build clinical and administrative confidence , and grow market share across an assigned territory.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    BrainWatch Revenue Growth
    • Close new BrainWatch subscription accounts to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Expand usage of Natus BrainWatch POC-EEG within the existing Natus customer install base into additional acute care, ICU/Critical Care, and Emergency (ED) departments.
    • Partner with the Natus EEG District Sales Managers (DSM) and BrainWatch Clinical Sales to launch new customer implementations.
    • Build clinical and administrative confidence within Neurology, ICU/Critical Care, and Emergency departments across the customer base.
    • Communicate the BrainWatch POC-EEG value proposition effectively to generate leads, quotations, and related customer correspondence, and develop a qualified sales funnel within the install base.
    • Drive adoption through formal presentations, peer-to-peer education events, and new physician training and education.
    • Work closely with internal teams - including sales support, customer service, and product development - to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
    • Own disciplined, accurate use of Salesforce CRM as the single source of truth for all pipeline, forecasting, and account activity, driving rigorous pipeline management, reliable forecasting, and data-led territory planning.

    Qualification Requirements
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; MBA or medical qualification an advantage.
    • Minimum 5+ years' experience in medical device sales, preferably selling disruptive technologies with complex sales cycles.
    • Experience in Neuro, ICU, Critical Care, or ED settings preferred.
    • Experience with SaaS/subscription sales processes a plus.

    Skills and Competencies
    • Demonstrates a business growth mentality, driving change through multiple stakeholders and negotiating complex contracts up to C-suite level.
    • Able to build strong relationships through consultative and conceptual selling skills, with the ability to manage complex hospital sales cycles across Physicians, Nursing, Management, IT, Administration, and C-level stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial information.
    • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Able to work independently / within a small support team.
    • High ethical standards, with professional references at an executive level.
    • Valid driver's license.

    Work Environment
    This is a field-based role combining a home office with regular travel. Typical environments include customer sites, hospitals, airports, and hotels.
    Extensive travel required - minimum 75%.

Pay Transparency:
Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $75,000 USD, $250,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE). Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
