Position Summary

The Hotel Shuttle Driver provides safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for hotel guests while delivering exceptional customer service. This role assists guests with luggage, maintains the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle, and helps create a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Safely transport guests to and from the hotel and designated locations.
  • Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings during arrival and departure.
  • Operate the hotel shuttle in compliance with all local, state, and federal traffic laws.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete required safety checklists.
  • Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and presentation-ready at all times.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and promptly report maintenance needs or mechanical concerns.
  • Maintain accurate transportation and vehicle logs as required.
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area when appropriate.
  • Assist with other hotel duties as needed to support daily operations.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • One (1) year of professional driving experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate a passenger shuttle or similar vehicle.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to assist guests with luggage, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
