Is This You?

You've successfully led a team in a hotel, restaurant, retail, guest services, or valet environment and you're ready for your next leadership opportunity. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy developing people, and want to build a long-term career in hotel operations, we'd love to meet you.

Lead the Team That Creates Every Hotel Guest's First and Last Impression

Do you believe exceptional hospitality starts the moment a guest arrives?

We're looking for an energetic, service-driven leader to join our hotel valet operations team. If you have at least one year of supervisory experience and enjoy leading people while delivering outstanding guest service, this is an opportunity to grow your career in hospitality management.

As a Hotel Valet Operations Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for creating seamless arrival and departure experiences at premier hotels. You'll coach employees, solve guest challenges, partner with hotel staff, and ensure every guest receives the warm, professional service expected in a luxury hospitality environment.

If you're someone who leads with positivity, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and believes every interaction matters, we'd love to meet you.

Why Join Us?

This isn't just another supervisor position.

It's an opportunity to develop your leadership skills with a company that has been delivering exceptional hospitality services for more than 75 years. Every shift gives you the chance to lead a team, create memorable guest experiences, and build the operational experience that can open doors to future management opportunities.

Whether your background is in hotels, restaurants, resorts, guest services, retail, or customer service, we'll provide the support and resources to help you continue growing as a leader.

What You'll Do

As a Hotel Valet Operations Supervisor, you'll:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of valet professionals to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Create a welcoming arrival and departure experience for every hotel guest
  • Ensure daily valet operations run safely, efficiently, and professionally
  • Handle guest concerns with confidence, empathy, and a hospitality-first mindset
  • Train and mentor new team members while reinforcing service standards
  • Maintain accountability for vehicle security, operational procedures, and team performance
  • Partner with hotel leadership to provide a seamless guest experience
  • Monitor staffing levels and support your team during busy arrival and departure periods
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment

Who You Are

You enjoy working with people and naturally take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

You're the type of leader who:

  • Leads by example
  • Stays calm under pressure
  • Coaches rather than simply supervises
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Brings energy and enthusiasm to every shift
  • Takes ownership and solves problems quickly
  • Understands that luxury hospitality is built on attention to detail and genuine service

Most importantly, you recognize that your team represents the hotel's first and last impression—and you take that responsibility seriously.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Experience in hospitality, hotels, valet, restaurants, guest services, customer service, or another fast-paced service environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
  • The ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles (if required)
  • Ability to work outdoors and perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

Luxury hotel or valet experience is a plus, but we're equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, leadership potential, and commitment to exceptional service.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays
  • Employee Discount Programs
  • Leadership development opportunities
  • A culture built on teamwork, integrity, and respect
  • Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company
