Do you love fixing things, solving problems, and keeping everything running like clockwork? We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in making a difference every day. If you're the kind of person who enjoys tackling a challenge, helping people, and keeping a property in top shape, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As our Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert who keeps our hotel operating at its best. From repairing equipment to ensuring guest comfort and safety, your work makes every stay a great one.

Your Daily Adventures Include:
  • ???? Keeping guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems in excellent condition.
  • ⚡ Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, kitchen, laundry, pool, and life safety systems.
  • ???? Responding quickly to maintenance requests with friendly, professional service.
  • ????️ Performing preventative maintenance to stop problems before they happen.
  • ???? Helping maintain building security, key control, and life safety systems.
  • ???? Partnering with hotel leadership to communicate building needs and improvement opportunities.
  • ???? Coordinating and overseeing outside contractors when specialized work is needed.
  • ✅ Following all company policies and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, safe environment for guests, team members, and vendors.
  • ???? Delivering exceptional guest service because every repair helps create a memorable stay.
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills—you enjoy working with people as much as working with tools.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with commercial maintenance systems is a plus, including:
    • HVAC
    • Plumbing
    • Electrical
    • Boilers and chillers
    • Refrigeration
    • Water softeners
  • Knowledge of OSHA and general workplace safety practices is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
