We're currently hiring for three Maintenance Technician schedule options:

Full-Time

  • Friday โ€“ Tuesday | 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (includes weekends)

Part-Time Evening

  • Sunday โ€“ Thursday | 5:00 PM โ€“ 10:00 PM

Part-Time Weekend Evenings

  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance throughout the hotel
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building issues
  • Complete guest maintenance requests quickly and professionally
  • Repair and maintain hotel equipment, fixtures, furniture, and appliances
  • Identify maintenance concerns before they become larger issues
  • Maintain clean, safe, and attractive indoor and outdoor spaces
  • Document completed work and maintenance activities
  • Assist with room inspections and property upkeep
  • Work safely while using hand and power tools
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in hotel, apartment, commercial, or general building maintenance preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical repairs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using maintenance software and basic computer applications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment
