Job Overview:

The Warehouse Associate plays an essential role in supporting daily warehouse and distribution operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, preparing customer orders, supporting shipments, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.00 /Hourly

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, scan, and label orders accurately to ensure timely shipment
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments while inspecting products for damage
  • Receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient warehouse flow
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company safety standards
  • Assist with preparing shipments, processing returns, and supporting warehouse activities as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
  • Support special projects and additional warehouse responsibilities based on business needs
  • Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and inventory discrepancies promptly

Qualifications:

  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull inventory weighing 50+ lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible availability; schedules may vary between 3–6 hours or longer depending on business needs
