Job description

We are seeking a Host or Hostess to join our restaurant team as guests' first point of contact. The job responsibilities include greeting guests, providing clear and accurate wait times, and guiding customers to their tables. A passion for guest service and strong communication and organizational skills are required. You are the first impression of our restaurant that will help provide a pleasant and smooth dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
 
Warm and welcoming:
Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and attentiveness, ensuring a comfortable and memorable arrival.
 
Expert seating:
Willingness to learn computerized reservation and table management system
ensuring efficient table turnover while prioritizing guest comfort and preferences.
 
Impeccable communication:
Possess exceptional communication skills, both in-person and on the phone, to answer inquiries, manage waitlists, and convey information clearly and concisely.
 
Guests experience:
Understand and anticipate guest needs, providing personalized attention and exceeding expectations to create a memorable dining experience.
 
Team player:
Collaborate seamlessly with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining environment for all guests.
 
Professionalism:
Always maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
