Job description

Job Title: Front Desk Concierge (Hostess)


Job Summary:

Greet Customers with a warm smile and a handshake. Our job is to provide a soft touch with a warm greeting. We speak to customers with a sure voice but with refinement, elegance, and class. Keep it professional.

Essential Duties:

  1. When you greet a customer shake their hand and introduce yourself.
  2. Once you get their name, give it to the person behind the desk.
  3. If you are behind the desk, fill out the up card, log it in the book, and give it to the standing concierge to deliver it to the Sales Manager.
  4. If you are behind the desk, answer the telephone, fill out up cards, and log up cards in the white log book. Call the salesperson requested.
  5. If you are behind the desk, prep tags and make deal folders.
  6. If you are behind the desk, watch the computer screen for lot activity.
  7. Greeter and desk person will switch every hour!

Skill Required:

Must be able to Multitask

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
