The Lead Host is responsible for overseeing the host team and ensuring smooth guest service from arrival to departure. This role involves managing reservations, coordinating seating, training hosts, and supporting management in delivering a welcoming, efficient, and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality.
  • Manage and oversee the host stand, ensuring smooth and efficient seating flow.
  • Supervise, train, and support hosts to uphold Karma's service standards.
  • Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to optimize table turns and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest inquiries using Karma's reservation system.
  • Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and care.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling and delegating host team responsibilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
