The first and last impression of every guest experience iscreated with the host/hostess. Team members in this role get the opportunity showcase our restaurant and establish relationships with guests by showing warmth, compassion, and genuine interest. Most individuals who start in the position grow into becoming servers.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Greet and seat guests, presenting the restaurant's menu and sharing Chef's daily features
  • Attends to guest phone calls, answers questions related to reservations and facilitates the reservation process.
  • Maintains the waitlist by obtaining guest information and providing accurate quote times for seating and manages the floor by observing each table's progression through service.
  • Must be at least 16 years old
