Job Summary
Position Summary

The Executive Hospitality Operations Planner serves as the lead for planning and operational support of executive and high-profile meetings within the conference center. This role delivers high-touch hospitality, anticipatory planning, and operational execution for senior leadership engagements. The position requires strong event planning expertise, executive presence, and the ability to operate calmly in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead planning and execution of executive and high-profile meetings and events
  • Serve as primary contact for executive stakeholders and VIP clients
  • Coordinate all meeting logistics including AV, catering, facilities, room setup, and signage

Operations & Service Delivery

  • Maintain awareness of conference center operations to identify and resolve service gaps
  • Conduct room and environment readiness checks prior to events
  • Support operational continuity and overall conference center performance

Hospitality & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide high-touch, responsive support to executive teams
  • Collaborate with coordinators, reservations, operations teams, and vendors
  • Manage evolving needs and ensure a seamless guest experience

Problem Solving & Administration

  • Support issue resolution and respond to escalations as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation within event management systems

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in event management and reservation systems

  • Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
