In this role, you'll partner closely with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, build a positive culture, and help deliver the outstanding hospitality our guests have come to expect.

Build and Lead Great Teams!
  • Create a positive, engaging work environment by modeling our Vision, Values, and Culture.

  • Coach, train, and develop team members through hands-on leadership and continuous feedback.
  • Identify and nurture future leaders, helping team members grow into Certified Trainers and other advancement opportunities.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and maintain open, professional communication with all team members.
  • Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts to attract top talent to the organization.
