This role will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, and support the delivery of tools and capabilities that enhance revenue performance and the guest experience.The Business Analyst will support initiatives across mobile, web, property-based, and partner platforms, including reservation, loyalty, payment, revenue management, and other hospitality technology solutions.Business Advisors shape the vision with the client, understand the needs of the users/stakeholders, carry out an elicitation of processes, data and capabilities and derive the target processes and the business requirements for the current and future solution.Your RolePartner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business, functional, and reporting requirements.Support revenue management and commercial system initiatives, including the delivery of business-facing tools and self-service capabilities.Analyze current business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other documentation for technical teams.Work with product, technology, operations, marketing, and property teams to support alignment across project activities and priorities.Support testing, including test planning, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and validation that delivered solutions meet business requirements.Track requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items while providing clear updates to stakeholders.Support hospitality commerce and omni-channel capabilities across websites, mobile applications, booking engines, contact centers, kiosks, property systems, and partner channels.Assist with workshops, stakeholder meetings, process reviews, solution demonstrations, and project status reporting.Help ensure business requirements and stakeholder expectations are clearly documented and addressed throughout the delivery lifecycle.Your Skills and ExperienceBachelor Degree5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology, digital commerce, revenue management, or business transformation initiatives.Experience working within hospitality, travel, retail, e-commerce, or another customer-focused industry.Strong experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, developing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.Understanding of hospitality operations and platforms such as Property Management Systems, Central Reservation Systems, Point-of-Sale systems, Revenue Management Systems, loyalty platforms, and booking engines.Experience supporting digital commerce or omni-channel capabilities across mobile, web, property-based, and partner platforms.Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with both business and technology teams in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.Ability to manage multiple priorities and support complex initiatives with several stakeholders and connected workstreams.Business analysis, Agile, Scrum, or related professional certification is preferred.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $53,580- $147,900Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
