Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Workday Product Analyst to join our Strategic Operations team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary owner for assigned Workday functional areas—such as Time Tracking, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, or other product domains—ensuring system performance, driving enhancements, and supporting the evolving needs of our organization.

Working closely with Workday Product Managers and cross-functional business leaders, you'll help translate operational needs into scalable Workday solutions, participate in Agile delivery, and support continuous improvements across our Workday platform serving more than 13,000 associates nationwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Workday professional looking to expand their configuration expertise, gain product ownership experience, and grow into future product management or platform leadership roles.

This position is based in the Atlanta area and follows an in office work schedule from our corporate office in Dunwoody, Georgia.

Responsibilities

The Workday Product Analyst to join our Strategic Operations team. Positioned as a critical bridge within our Workday pipeline, this role is designed for a technical professional who has achieved operational mastery in Workday and is ready to take full ownership of product areas (such as Time Tracking, Benefits, or Recruiting). In this role, you will manage day-to-day functional health, execute targeted system configurations, and partner directly with Workday Product Managers and Strategic Leadership team members to drive sprint planning, implement enhancements, and support high-priority organizational initiatives across our domestic portfolio.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three to five years of hands-on experience supporting, processing, auditing, and troubleshooting Workday transactions.
  • One to three or more years of Workday configuration experience, including business processes, calculated fields, security, condition rules, or related functionality.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations.
  • Familiarity with one or more Workday functional areas, such as Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Payroll, or Compensation.
  • Experience working in Agile or structured project environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams, business partners, and executive stakeholders.
