Requirements

What We Need From You:

The Front Desk Hospitality Associate serves as the face of Chelsea Hospitality Group at M Station, delivering an exceptional first impression and seamless guest experience from arrival through departure. This role is responsible for all front-of-house hospitality functions including guest services, building tours, and digital communications. 

Guest welcome & check-in 

  • Greet every guest with a warm, welcoming smile and friendly hello upon arrival, creating a positive and professional first impression 
  • Check guests in efficiently and accurately, verifying appointments and visitor information as needed 
  • Print and issue guest badges in compliance with building security policies 
  • Notify hosts of guest arrivals promptly and manage the front desk visitor log 

Luggage & dry cleaning services 

  • Receive, tag, and store guest luggage and dry cleaning in the designated luggage room with care and accuracy 
  • Retrieve stored luggage and dry cleaning for guests upon request in a timely manner 
  • Maintain an organized and secure luggage room at all times, ensuring all items are properly labeled and tracked 

Building hospitality tours 

  • Oversee and conduct building hospitality tours for new guests, clients, and visitors, showcasing amenities and key locations throughout the property 
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of all building services, hospitality offerings, and points of interest 
  • Coordinate tour scheduling and ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all participants 

Digital communications & marketing 

  • Maintain and operate Appy for all digital posts, ensuring content is current, accurate, and visually aligned with brand standards 
  • Print and display advertisements, promotional materials, and event signage throughout the building as directed 
  • Oversee the hospitality email inbox, monitoring incoming messages and responding to guest and tenant requests in a timely and professional manner 
  • Collaborate with the management team to support the timely posting of announcements, menus, and marketing content 

Requirements

  • Schedule Monday -Friday 6AM-2PM with flexibility
  • Associate degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field required 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a guest-facing hospitality, front desk, or concierge role 
  • Warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor with a natural ability to connect with guests 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly for luggage and badge management 
  • Comfortable with digital tools and basic content management platforms (experience with Appy a plus) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional appearance 
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment 
  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
