Associate Attorney - Retail & Hospitality Defense Litigation

What you'll do
  • Defend retail and hospitality clients in civil litigation matters throughout South Carolina.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and case evaluations.
