Join our dynamic team as an On-Call Event Hospitality Associate, where your dedication to exceptional service will contribute to memorable events and guest experiences. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, lively environment, supporting banquet operations and ensuring smooth event execution.


Key Responsibilities:

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner during banquets and events

- Maintain a high level of mobility, standing for extended periods and moving quickly between tasks

- Bending, reaching, kneeling, and maintaining good balance to efficiently set up and clear banquet areas

- Transport trays, bus tubs, and banquet equipment weighing up to 25 pounds regularly

- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup as needed

- Communicate effectively with team members and guests, demonstrating a positive, friendly, and professional attitude

- Adapt to varying temperatures and noise levels typical of event environments


Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and kneeling

- Capable of lifting, carrying, and transporting items weighing up to 25 pounds
