Job Summary

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director with a strong background in hospitality sales to focus exclusively on new business development. This is an individual contributor role responsible for building a pipeline, creating tailored solutions, and closing new hospitality accounts.

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with hospitality relationships, deep knowledge of the coffee, food and beverage industry, and a consultative approach to selling. They should be based in Phoenix, AZ and willing to travel to Tucson and Sedona. 


 
Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new hospitality accounts (hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering groups, event venues, etc.).
  • Maintain and update territory database; develop and execute a territory growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (F&B directors, general managers, management groups, owners, procurement teams).
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to showcase our programs, equipment, and service.
  • Develop customized programs aligned with client needs, brand standards, and guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents and internal teams (service, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed on hospitality trends, competitor offerings, and technology /innovations.

 
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality and/or food & beverage industry.  Both are preferred.
  • Strong network within the hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and a winning attitude.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative selling style with high emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to travel regionally for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
