Introduction
This modern, well-equipped veterinary hospital in Seattle, Washington is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join its team. Known for its client-focused values and excellent standard of care, the hospital has quickly built a strong reputation in the community.

Working Hours / Rota
The position offers flexible scheduling with no weekend requirements, creating a favorable work-life balance. Standard appointment times are 30 minutes, with extended time provided for new graduates during onboarding.

Role Description and Responsibilities
Veterinarians are supported by a structured three-month mentorship program, including two to four weeks of shadowing. There is freedom to shape caseloads according to clinical interests, whether focusing on surgery, medicine, or alternative species. The hospital provides same-day urgent care and accommodates a broad range of in-house procedures.

Practice Details
The 4,000 square foot facility includes five exam rooms and is fully equipped with digital radiography, dental X-ray, ultrasound, IDEXX in-house lab equipment, cold laser, and a paperless system via EasyVet. Orthopedic surgeries are offered in partnership with a visiting specialist.

Team
The team includes six veterinarians and a strong, collaborative support staff committed to professional development and excellent patient care.
