As we expand our company, we require skilled Territory Managers to drive sales growth, product understanding, and utilization by fostering customer relationships in the healthcare sector, with a focus on orthopedics.
Job Description
The Sales Territory Manager (STM) is responsible for driving adoption and revenue growth of SteriCube's innovative sterile processing solutions within an assigned geographic territory. The STM will establish strong relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, sterile processing departments (SPD), and hospital administration to expand utilization of SteriCube systems and consumables. This role requires a high-energy, consultative sales professional who thrives on building new business, supporting clinical integration, and achieving aggressive sales goals.

  • SteriCUBE's patented sterilization system allows hospitals and surgery centers to process multiple instrument trays simultaneously, reducing turnaround time and eliminating the inefficiencies of traditional blue wrap. Designed for high-volume orthopedic and spine procedures, SteriCUBE improves OR efficiency, ensures consistent tray readiness, and delivers measurable value to SPD teams, surgeons, and hospital leadership alike.

Minimum Requirements
  • Required
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    - 2-5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopedics, spine, or related surgical specialties.
    - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
    -Strong clinical acumen and ability to train medical staff on technical products.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    - Willingness to travel extensively within territory (50-70%).
  • Preferred
    - Existing relationships with surgeons, distributors, and SPD/OR decision makers in territory.

Job Requirements
  • Sales & Territory Development
    - Own and execute the sales strategy for assigned territory (hospitals, ASCs, health systems).
    - Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for SteriCube consumables (filter sets) and capital equipment (cubes).
    - Develop new accounts while expanding utilization in existing accounts across multiple specialties (joints, spine, trauma, etc.).
    - Manage territory pipeline using CRM (Zoho/Salesforce) with accurate forecasting.
  • Customer Engagement
    -Build strong relationships with surgeons, SPD leaders, hospital administrators, and distributor partners.
    - Serve as the primary contact for product education, in-servicing, and account support.
    - Partner with distributors to gain account access while driving direct execution and ownership of adoption.
    - Represent SteriCube at regional trade shows, society meetings, and professional education events.
  • Clinical & Operational Support
    - Work closely with clinical specialists to support case coverage, OR trials, and SPD workflow integration.
    - Train SPD staff and OR personnel on SteriCube protocols and filter set handling.
    - Ensure compliance with hospital credentialing and onboarding requirements.
  • Sales Enablement & Reporting
    - Execute territory-level marketing campaigns in coordination with marketing team.
    - Track KPIs including filter set growth, account penetration, and surgeon utilization.
    - Provide timely reports on territory activity, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback.
    - Participate in regular sales training and performance reviews.

Compensation Information
  • Competitive base salary: $120k
  • Uncapped commission structure with OTE of 200K+ year 1, $300K year 2.
