  • As the Hospital CEO, oversee operations and resources of the hospital

  • Develop and implement comprehensive outpatient care and ambulatory programs

  • Provide administrative oversight for assigned facility

  • Engage with providers and establish visible leadership in community organizations

  • Participate in preparation of operating and capital facility budgets

  • Monitor compliance with operating budgets and assist in procurement of capital equipment

  • Ensure compliance with assigned strategic goals

Requirements
