Aย Registered Nurse (RN)ย who excels in this role

  • Accurately performs patient assessments andย identifiesย patient needs

  • Identifiesย andย initiatesย appropriate nursingย interventions

  • Provides careย appropriate toย condition and age of the patient

  • Performsย timelyย andย appropriate documentationย relating to medical necessity in the medical record

  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

  • Performsย timelyย andย accurateย QI assessments

Whatย we'reย looking forย 
Applicants should have a current state RN license andย possessย anย associate'sย degree from an accredited nursing school.ย Additionalย requirements include:

  • Basic Life Support certification isย required.

  • ACLS and PALS areย required.ย 

  • One year of experience preferred.

  • ASLS certification preferred.
