About the Role

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in supporting plant operations by performing routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This position focuses on troubleshooting electrical systems, diagnosing mechanical issues, and ensuring equipment reliability to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency and product quality.

The successful candidate will work closely with production and maintenance leadership to quickly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions while supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working with industrial equipment, and contributing directly to plant performance and operational success.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience, training, or general knowledge of electrical troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures, including chains, sprockets, bearings, and belt replacement
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
