Edmonds-Westgate Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for empowering others to do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who can build strong relationships, support a diverse group of individuals, and guide the hospital forward with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Financial Leadership: Oversee financial health and performance of the hospital, including budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and support sustainable business growth.
  • Operational Oversight: Maintain efficient daily operations by optimizing workflow, ensuring full compliance with OSHA, DEA, and VMB regulations, managing equipment and inventory, and upholding hospital policies and procedures.
  • Strategic Direction: Partner with leadership to shape and execute long-term objectives, expand service offerings, and strengthen referral and business relationships that drive hospital growth.
  • Project & Facility Management: Coordinate daily operational needs, staff scheduling, ongoing projects, and facility upkeep to ensure all administrative functions support the hospitalโ€™s overall mission and goals.
  • Client & Community Engagement: Lead marketing and outreach efforts, address and resolve client concerns, enhance the overall client experience, and foster strong relationships that support retention and community presence.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and develop department leads, manage hiring and training processes, maintain appropriate staffing levels, and cultivate a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of management or leadership experience

  • Proficiency in budget management.
  • Experience with team training and supervision.
  • Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.
