JOB SUMMARY:  
The Accommodations Supervisor oversees daily operations and leads teams to ensure cabins, meeting spaces, and facilities are clean, prepared, and guest-ready. This role supports the Assistant Manager and Director by coordinating staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and with excellent customer service. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Operations & Facility Readiness
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure assigned facilities are clean and guest-ready. 
    • Coordinate turnovers, cleaning priorities, seasonal changeovers, and daily assignments. 
    • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, buildings, meeting spaces, and other assigned areas and ensure deficiencies are corrected promptly. 
    • Support room and meeting space setups, furniture moves, and other operational needs as required. 
  • Team Leadership & Accountability
    • Supervise and support team leads and staff. 
    • Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily work across Housekeeping, Laundry, and Service Technician teams. 
    • Provide training, coaching, and accountability for performance, attendance, safety, and departmental procedures. 
    • Adjust staffing and assignments based on operational needs. 
    • Support training in cleaning standards, chemical use, equipment, PPE, safety procedures, and meeting space setups. 
  • Quality & Resources
    • Ensure consistent quality and adherence to departmental standards. 
    • Monitor supplies, equipment, linens, inventory, and assigned work areas. 
    • Report repairs and facility needs and ensure work orders are entered and followed through in CMMS. 
    • Ensure required vehicle and equipment inspections are completed. 
    • Support the organization and cleanliness of storage areas, warehouses, vehicles, and equipment. 
  • Communication, Safety & Support
    • Communicate room status, workload, staffing needs, and operational concerns to the Assistant Manager and Director. 
    • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Laundry, Service Technicians, and other departments to accomplish daily priorities. 
    • Ensure safe work practices and proper use of chemicals, PPE, equipment, and vehicles. 
    • Provide excellent internal and external customer service. 
    • Support and participate in staff spiritual life activities. 
    • Perform other duties as assigned. 


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
  • 2–3 years of housekeeping, accommodations, hospitality, or related operational experience preferred. 
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Experience coordinating staff and daily workflow preferred. 
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft applications, CMMS, and other operational systems.
