As a Healthcare Associate - Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether assisting patients with mobility needs, supporting clinical traffic flow, or transporting vehicles safely for those arriving for care, you create seamless arrivaltodeparture experiences through professional, compassionate, and hospitalityfocused service.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients, visitors, and families at the dropoff zone with a calm, compassionate presence.
  • Provide hospitality and comfort by welcoming guests, patients, and visitors, answering basic questions, and offering directions and wayfinding assistance to reduce stress and create a positive arrival experience
  • May assist with mobility needs provide wheelchair assistance, help patients in and out of vehicles, and support those with physical limitations.
  • Maintain a calm, organized, and attentive demeanor in fastpaced environments.
