Mercy Medical Center – Roseburg, Oregon

  • Level III Trauma Center with an open ICU.
  • 6-8 admissions per day and 8-10 admissions per night.
  • No codes or procedures required.
  • On-staff intensivist.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
