Salary: $75,000-$85,000 annually

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 annually . Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors including experience, skills, education, and location.

Position Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused, relationship-driven Customer Advocate to serve as the primary operational liaison for our hospital customers. In this role, you will work closely with Sales Account Executives and customer stakeholders to ensure exceptional service, contract compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building strong relationships and solving complex challenges are key to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary operational contact.

  • Manage day-to-day customer support and respond promptly to customer requests and operational needs.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service expectations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate, consistent information and seamless customer support.

  • Coordinate hospital conversions and serve as the liaison between hospital leadership and internal departments.

  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities and improve customer performance.

  • Manage customer pricing, product conversions, contract compliance, and product substitutions.

  • Review inventory levels, allocations, backorders, and critical product lists while partnering with customers on resolution plans.

  • Establish and maintain customer accounts, ship-to locations, and reporting requirements.

  • Generate and analyze customer reports, inventory reports, and sales analytics to support informed business decisions.

  • Support territory sales strategies by identifying opportunities to grow proprietary product utilization.

  • Maintain accurate customer data across multiple systems.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship management, sales, hospital distribution, supply chain, healthcare operations, or a related field.

  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working across multiple systems and reporting platforms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Ability to work on-site at customer locations as needed.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Willingness to support additional duties as assigned.

  • Limited travel may be required.
