• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of patients, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual requirements.
• Deliver short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services to patients experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to life transitions.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focused on specific themes, such as stress management, self-care, and interpersonal skills, enabling patients to engage with peers.
• Collaboration is key: work closely with various hospital departments and community organizations to ensure holistic patient care that encompasses both mental and physical health.
• Participate in community outreach efforts, including mental health awareness campaigns, workshops, and educational events, aimed at promoting well-being in broader community settings.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines concerning patient care.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of mental health issues prevalent among hospital patients, with a focus on developing appropriate treatments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and brief therapy models specific to an outpatient mental health context.

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting or hospital counseling environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and related technology platforms.
• A history of conducting group therapy sessions and leading wellness initiatives.

Entryway Family & Psychiatric Services offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, a sign-on bonus may be available.
