Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob Description

The Warehouse Worker plays a key role in daily operations by receiving, sorting, and scanning incoming packages, preparing outgoing orders, and ensuring that all products move through the facility safely and efficiently. This position supports accurate inventory control, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and collaborates closely with team members to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, and scan incoming packages with accuracy and care.
  • Prepare outgoing orders for delivery drivers, ensuring correct items and quantities are packed.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, following established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and promptly report any discrepancies.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards and guidelines.
  • Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment; training is provided as needed.
  • Handle materials, perform general labor tasks, and support shipping and receiving activities.
  • Use RF scanners and other tools to pick, pack, and track orders.
  • Assist team members and supervisors with daily operational tasks and workflow.
  • Work productively in a fast-paced environment while meeting production and order-picking goals.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with inventory handling and basic warehouse operations.
  • Ability to perform order picking, packing, and general packaging tasks.
  • Skill in using RF scanners for scanning and tracking items.
  • Capability to handle material loading, unloading, and shipping and receiving activities.
