Travel MRI Technologist – Nights


Position: MRI Technologist
Shift: Nights – 10-hour shifts
Contract: 13 weeks
 

Required Experience
  • 1 year of recent GE MRI experience – REQUIRED
  • MRI safety experience required
Required Certifications
  • ARRT – REQUIRED
  • BLS – REQUIRED
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and specialized MRI examinations
  • Verify physician orders and clarify instructions as needed
  • Prepare and educate patients before procedures
  • Follow MRI safety standards and protocols
  • Perform MRI studies using age-appropriate positioning and technical protocols
  • Administer contrast media according to department procedures
  • Assist radiologists with MR procedures
  • Evaluate images for technical quality
  • Operate, maintain, calibrate, and perform safety checks on MRI equipment
  • Report equipment malfunctions
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines and quality-control procedures
