What are some common challenges hospital cleaners face, and how can they manage them effectively?

Hospital cleaners often encounter challenges such as maintaining strict infection control protocols, handling hazardous waste, and working around busy medical staff and patients. Managing these challenges involves staying up-to-date with training on safety procedures, using personal protective equipment, and adhering to detailed cleaning schedules. Effective communication with healthcare teams is also crucial to ensure that cleaning tasks are coordinated without disrupting patient care. By following established protocols and seeking support from supervisors when needed, hospital cleaners can maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
