Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse-Case Manager for a 13-week assignment requiring an active MD or compact RN license and Epic charting experience.

Details
  • Work within the Case Management department of a hospital setting
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, working either 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday schedule with rotating weekends and holidays
  • Floating required within scope of practice
  • Uses Epic charting system with a test-out option available
Requirements
  • Active MD RN license or compact license required in-hand
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • One reference required for consideration
Additional Information
  • Complete non-billable orientation and annual training modules via HealthStream, averaging 4.5-5 hours
  • No mile radius rule for this position
  • Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
  • Previous travelers must wait 6 months before returning to this facility, with case-by-case review considered within the 1-year timeframe
  • No more than 10 days of RTO permitted per 13-week contract, preferably not during the first week of the assignment
  • Additional RTO beyond one week should be scheduled at the end of the contract to preserve 13 full work weeks
