Responsibilities:
  • Conduct reviews, analyses, and reengineering of business processes to align with the JTMS materiel solution.
  • Conduct BPR related activity required as part of the systems engineering process to support mapping, use case development, end-to-end process modeling, and detailed functional and system requirements decomposition as part of specified and approved IT system design, development, and modernization activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including USTRANSCOM, JDDE, and other JTMS contractors, to ensure accurate process capture, validate requirements and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Support the identification and documentation of gaps between current processes and solution capabilities for COAs to the customers.
  • Assist in the implementation of reengineered processes, ensuring they are correctly configured, tested, and deployed.
  • Research regulations to identify DOTmLPF-P impacts and recommendations.
  • Identify measurable and effective KPIs and other metrics.
  • Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify SAP implementation and opportunities for process automation, improvement, and increased efficiency and auditability and provide advice and recommendations to perform Fit-to-Standard workshops.
  • Collaborate with program teams to translate requirements into Agile SAFe user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
  • Identify required user roles and access for each business process and develop role specific testing scenarios

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Transportation & Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Law, Computer Science, Engineering, Physical/Applied Sciences or management discipline such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Management Information Technology
  • 3-5 years general experience in Business Process Reengineering, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving or in a related area
  • 3-5 years Functional experience within USTRANSCOM Operations and Joint/Defense Transportation Systems
  • Working knowledge of Joint/Defense Transportation Regulations and the DOTmLPF-P framework
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a team member in a diverse group to include contractors, government and military personnel
  • Strong analytical, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
  • High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and reporting
  • US Citizen with ability to successfully pass Tier 1 investigation

Desired:
  • General knowledge of SAP and ERP
  • SAFe Agile experience, SAFe Agilist Certification
  • General knowledge of BPMN 2.0
  • Active Secret Clearance

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
